Welcome to Free Flossin!

We are an oral health organization based in Philadelphia.  For those of you who are you curious, oral health is about taking care of your mouth, gums, and teeth to stop problems such as tooth decay and gum disease.  Did you know that there are many threats to oral health throughout one's life? Almost 30% of adults in the US have untreated tooth decay and over 8,000 individuals die from some form oral cancer each year.  

Here at Free Flossin we hope to improve the health and lifestyle of low socioeconomic communities in Philadelphia.  We have 3 main goals: health promotion, health awareness, and health education.  Everyone deserves the right to a healthy life and we plan to make that vision a reality.
